This privacy policy governs your use of the software application ATS MQTT Client for mobile devices and also website, with its services, mqtt.ats.pl (mqtt.com.pl) that were created by ATS.

If you're using our mobile application, we collect the same information like in case of website, because it uses our website's services to provide you its content and functionality. In addition it also communicates with our server via MQTT, and this communication is subject to logging (do not include actual messages, but connection information and possible errors).
Apart from these information, application may store, on your device, data collected during its operation (like details of your devices assigned to your mqtt.ats.pl account).
Client devices are all devices that you can configure for sending data to us via MQTT protocol. Apart from collecting sensors data, we also collect connection related information to find devices that may cause problems for other users or generally for security of service. You have full control over sensors data - you can export it, delete it partially or completly.
We can share information collected from client devices, only if you ask us to do so.
We do not share, sell, rent or trade any of the information with third parties for their commercial purposes.
